Delete your account from the app

1. Open the S4NDO app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account → Delete my account.
3. Confirm. You are signed out immediately.

If you are the only owner of your company in S4NDO, the app asks you to make someone else an owner or to close the company first.

What is deleted, right away

• Your access: you can no longer sign in, on any device.
• Your personal information: name, phone, email, WhatsApp, profile photo, city, availability.
• Your notifications and the devices registered for notifications.

What is kept

The work history your company needs to keep (the jobs you took part in, attendance, job-site photos, team messages) stays in the company’s records under the name “Deleted user”, with nothing that identifies you. Those records belong to the company that employs you, which is responsible for how long it keeps them.

If you no longer have the app

Email [email protected] from your account’s email address, with your company’s name. We handle the request within 30 days and confirm by email.
