This policy explains what personal information S4NDO collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers the s4ndo.net website and the S4NDO application.

Who is responsible?

S4NDO, Québec [TO CONFIRM]. The person in charge of protecting personal information is Senthoo, reachable at [email protected].

Two groups of people

Customers are the cleaning companies that buy S4NDO. End users are the people whose information a customer puts into S4NDO: cleaners, office staff and clients. For end-user information, the cleaning company decides how it is used and S4NDO acts on its instructions.

What we collect

  • Contact details: name, company, email and phone sent through the demo form or by email.
  • Accounts: name, email, role and (hashed) password of each user.
  • Operational data: jobs, schedules, addresses, access notes, assignments and visit notes.
  • Client records: names, addresses, phone numbers and emails a company records for its clients.
  • Messages: texts and messages sent through S4NDO.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, dates and times.

Why

  • To provide, run and support the service.
  • To send schedule and account notices to the people a customer designates.
  • To answer demo and support requests.
  • To bill and keep records.
  • To protect the service and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent records are not shared with any third party except the messaging providers and carriers strictly required to deliver the messages you asked for. Details in our SMS terms.

Service providers

We use providers for hosting, database, email and text delivery. They may use the information only to provide that service to us. Some process data outside Quebec, including in the United States [TO CONFIRM].

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies or tracking tools. The application uses browser storage to keep you signed in.

Retention

We keep data while the account is active, then 30 days after the subscription ends so it can be exported, unless the law requires longer. SMS consent records are kept for at least four years.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your information, and withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

If your information sits in a cleaning company’s account, contact that company first. We will help them answer you.

Incidents

If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious harm, we notify the people affected and the Commission d’accès à l’information.

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page and notify customers before any significant change.
